Atoll’s first Jig plant Plant was commissioned in Romania in 2005. As of 2011 due to capacity increment and demands. The new larger and most modern MRP has been decided and projected.
The new plant has been commissioned and has started its first production as of Aug-2013. Romania MRP Plant consists of 400 tph special design crushing plant, 120 tph Atoll twin Jigs System and Magnetic Sorter Plants. Entire plant design, process design and whole commissioning conducted and completed by Atoll’s own engineering team.
Recoverability is about 98% for all ferroalloy sizes for a certain percentage of metal in the slag. Atoll Romania MRP plant is now producing high quality Jig recovered FeMn, FeSiMn and FeCr and exporting the end product ferroalloys to the world market.
